Cerase Email
Platform tool (preinstalled): the assistant has a mailbox of its own, not one borrowed from a person. It reads the messages it receives and replies from its own address. Example: "check whether the supplier has replied", "reply confirming Thursday".
Every message carries the AI disclosure and the company details at the bottom: the model does not write them and cannot omit them. Sending is an action towards the outside, so it goes through a human approval when the connector is set to «Chiedi conferma»; on «Autonomo» the assistant sends by itself.
