This notice covers the Marketplace website and registry API only. Cerase appliances have their own tenant-facing privacy documentation.

What we process

• Publisher and operator account data: name, e-mail, organization.
• Package metadata you publish (public by design).
• Technical logs (IP address, user agent) for security and abuse prevention, via our CDN provider (Cloudflare).

What we do NOT process

No end-user conversation content from Cerase appliances reaches the Marketplace: appliances only pull package metadata and archives.
