Terms of Service

The Cerase Marketplace ("Marketplace") is an open package registry operated by Guidance Studio S.r.l. for connectors, skills, knowledge packs and assistant templates usable on Cerase appliances.

Publishing

• Publishers are responsible for the packages they publish, including the accuracy of the manifest, the declared SPDX licence, and the lawfulness of the distributed content.
• Every package must declare a licence (SPDX identifier) in its manifest; packages without one are rejected at install time.
• Guidance Studio may remove packages that violate these terms — see the takedown policy.

Use

• Packages are installed and executed on the customer's own Cerase appliance; Guidance Studio does not warrant third-party packages.
• The registry API is provided as-is during the preview period.
