Each person connects their own HubSpot account, and the assistant works with that person's HubSpot permissions: "find the contact at acme.com", "which deals close this month?", "log a note on ACME about yesterday's call", "move the Rossi deal to Proposal sent".
At the «Con conferma» autonomy, the one proposed when the connector is added to an assistant, every create or update waits for approval and reads do not. Nothing is deleted: HubSpot's server has no tool that deletes.
If Sensitive Data is turned on in the HubSpot account, HubSpot blocks calls, emails, meetings, notes, tasks and conversations from this connector.
