Cerase Meetings
Platform tool (preinstalled): the assistant can read the meetings it was invited to — what is booked, what was recorded, and the transcript of what was said. Example: "summarise yesterday's call", "when did they say the deadline moves". It can also be put into a call by pasting its link: "join this one".
Works on Google Meet and Microsoft Teams. Zoom refuses an automated join, so a call booked there is simply not recorded.
It reads only the meetings this assistant was invited to. A transcript may open with a notice saying the recording is incomplete; that notice is not part of what anyone said.
